Simply message/email us within 3 days of receiving your order to request approval and the return address. Once you have received approval, you will have 7 days to return the item(s) to us.
Please ensure that you adhere to our return policy which is return the item(s) back to us in the same state that these were sent to you, new, unused and along the original packaging that these were sent to you by no later than the date that we will approve the return for.
Kindly note that failure to follow the return policy may result in a 20% deduction in purchase value or the return not being approved upon receipt.
